中英文介绍 | 第八届中国国际物流发展大会将在中国·保定召开

“中国国际物流发展大会”由国家发展和改革委员会批准，中国交通运输协会和国际物流与运输学会（CILT）主办。自2014年在北京举办首届以来，已先后在北京市、四川省、江苏省、湖南省和河北省连续举办了七届。为推动中国物流产业国际交流与合作，促进物流业高质量发展，加快物流业的转型升级和走出去步伐，发挥了极大的促进作用，已成为中国物流业开放创新平台和物流与运输领域国际品牌盛会。

China International Logistics Development Conference is approved by National Development and Reform Commission, hosted by China Communications and Transportation Association and The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, has been successfully held in seven years in Beijing, Sichuan Province, Jiangsu Province, Hunan Province and Hebei Province since the first conference held in Beijing in 2014. The conference has played a great role in promoting international exchanges and cooperation in China's logistics industry, boosting the high-quality development of the logistics industry, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry and the pace of going global, and has become an open and innovative platform for China's logistics industry and an international brand event in the field of logistics and transport.

经河北省人民政府批准，“第八届中国国际物流发展大会”由保定市人民政府共同主办，将于2021年10月19—20日，在保定市隆重举行。

Approved by Hebei Provincial Government, the 8th China International Logistics Development Conference will be sponsored with the People’s Government of Baoding Municipality and held in Baoding from October 19 to 20, 2021.

“第八届中国国际物流发展大会”的主题是“助力双循环·共享新发展”。大会将以政策沟通为引领，以经贸合作为主线，以“热点话题探讨、业务洽谈、项目推介、区域特色产品展示”为核心，采取线上与线下相结合， “现场参会”+“视频会议连线、网络直播”等形式举行。通过举办“现代快递物流发展论坛”“一带一路互联互通发展论坛”“物流产业绿色可持续发展论坛”“冷链物流创新发展论坛”“智慧物流创新发展论坛”“装备制造业和物流业深度融合发展论坛”以及“保定直播”等活动，为全球物流产业搭建一个引领行业发展、促进区域协同、加强企业合作的国际平台，推动国际互联互通、合作共享，为加快我国运输与物流行业高质量发展做出贡献。

The theme of the 8th China International Logistics Development Conference is "Contributing to ‘Dual Circulation · Sharing New Development" . The conference will be led by policy communication, with economic and trade cooperation as the main task, focus on discussing hot topics, business negotiation, project promotion and display of regional special products. The conference will adopt a format of “combining online and offline”, which is with the form of “on-site participation + videoconferencing and Live webcasting”. The conference will Modern Express Logistics Development Forum, the Belt and Road Interconnectivity Development Forum, Green and Sustainable Development of Logistics Industry Forum, Cold Chain Logistics Innovative Development Forum, Smart Logistics Innovative Development Forum and Equipment Manufacturing industry and Logistics Industry Deeply Integrated Development Forum, and will hold Baoding Live and other activities at the same time. The conference is dedicated to building an international platform for the global logistics industry to lead industry development, promote regional synergy and strengthen enterprise cooperation; boosting international connectivity, cooperation and sharing; and contributing to accelerate the high-quality development of the transport and logistics industry.

大会将邀请国家发展和改革委、交通运输部、商务部、国家铁路局、国家邮政局、国家口岸办、国家铁路集团有限公司等单位的领导出席现场会议并发表主题演讲；纳米比亚、泰国、印度尼西亚、南非、越南、马来西亚、菲律宾、乌兹别克斯坦、乌克兰、缅甸、斯里兰卡等国家驻华大使参赞，以及来自仓储、物流、商贸和信息技术、装备制造企业负责人，研究机构和高等院校的专家学者400位代表将现场参加会议。国际物流与运输学会主席瑞德扎克•马列克和秘书长基斯•牛顿以及国际物流与运输学会副会长芬巴•克利里，国际物流与运输学会新加坡分会主席卡姆•吉特辛格，国际物流与运输学会业务发展部部长乔恩•哈里斯，也将通过视频发表致辞和演讲。

The conference invite leaders from the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Commerce, National Railway Administration, State Post Bureau, National Office of Port Administration and China Railway to attend the conference and deliver keynote speeches; Ambassadors or counselors from  Namibia, Thailand, Indonesia, South Africa, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and other countries' embassy in China will also attend the conference. 400 delegates including leaders from domestic warehousing, logistics, trade and information technology, equipment manufacturing enterprises, experts and scholars from research institutions and higher education institutions will attend the on-site conference. Dato Radzak Malek, President of CILT International; Keith Newton, Secretary General of CILT International; Finbarr Cleary, Vice President of CILT International; Karmjit Singh, Chairman of CILT Singapore and Jon Harris, International Business Development Lead of CILT International, will make address and speech via video.

全球近80多个国家和地区专家学者、企业代表将通过线上方式参加会议。

Experts, scholars and delegates of logistics and transport enterprises from more than 80 countries and regions will participate in the conference online.
